Abstract

The purpose of this phenomenological study was to understand and describe the essence and the structure of lived experience of newly employed nurses. eight interviews were conducted to gather data regarding their subjective experience. And data analysis was by colaizzi´s
method. About 130 significant statements were extracted and these were clustered into 4 themes. That is
"The newly nurses have a trouble with many other people who were employed in the sameplace", "The newly nurses were unable to master their duty but expected that they grow up to be excellent as time goes on", "Form a plan to adapts theirselves to their environment", "Experienced the reality of nurses and decreased the self identity"
